All Degenerate Gambler Folding Poker Tables are covered under a one year warranty for manufacturing defects in workmanship or material (excluding normal wear and tear). The warranty only applies to the original buyer, is not transferable, and does not apply to commercial purposes.
We will either replace or repair all parts which are proven under our sole discretion to be defective.
Parts returned shall be shipped back to Degenerate Gambler Folding Poker Tables via a surface freight carrier approved by Degenerate Gambler Folding Poker Tables. If the warranty claim is made within 90 days from the date of purchase, the freight cost will be reimbursed by Degenerate Gamble Folding Poker Tables. The product owner will be responsible for freight costs on any warranty claims made more than 90 days after the date of the original purchase.
This warranty does not cover gaming cloth, felts, or vinyl.
The warranty does not call for the replacement of the entire poker table unless it is determined by Degenerate Gambler Folding Poker Table, but does cover replacement of any defective parts stated herein.
HOW TO FILE A CLAIM (POKER TABLE)
All manufacturing claims require a documented account of the issue and pictures. Please send all in the form of an email with your name and order number in the subject to [email protected]. Our Customer Service representative will reply confirming receipt and get any additional details within 1 business day. We will figure out the most convenient and efficient solution to the situation and address accordingly.
Please note that manufactures claims are very different from shipping damage, please familiarize yourself with our Shipping Receiving Instructions to be covered under shipping insurance so we can send shipping damage replacement parts for you immediately. Concealed damage from not properly inspecting and signing the bill of lading is not manufacturers defect and must be appealed by the customer directly with the freight company. In the event of concealed damage claims denied by the freight company, we do have replacement parts available for sale, but all that can be avoided by following our Shipping Receiving Instructions.
Replacement decisions are the sole discretion of Degenerate Gambler Folding Poker Table. It is our promise to provide you with a quality, long lasting poker and game table.
POKER TABLE SHIPPING AND RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS
Please read this carefully, if you do not report damage to your products according to the proper protocol you waive your liability to file shipping insurance and Degenerate Gambler Folding Poker Tables will not be responsible for damages or filing concealed damage.

All poker and gaming tables ship via ground freight, fully insured. Our carrier will call you prior to delivery to schedule a day and time to deliver your table. Please note, most freight carriers require a 4 hour time window for delivery. ALL deliveries are CURBSIDE ONLY unless you have set up white glove/inside delivery with us PRIOR to your table shipping.
In the event that your table is damaged in transit, as long as your follow our receiving instructions we will be able to send out a replacement table.
HOW TO RECEIVE YOUR POKER TABLE
1. Count the number of boxes on the pallet and make sure your count matches that on the Delivery Receipt. Report any missing boxes to the driver and NOTE ON THE DELIVERY RECEIPT.
2. Next inspect all the boxes for anything that looks like damage. A punctured or smashed box, open it and make sure that there is no damage. In the event of damage, you must report it to the driver and NOTE ON THE DELIVERY RECEIPT. If you do not note the damage on the Delivery Receipt you are confirming that you received the goods in perfect condition and you release the shipping company of any liability on the shipment. Given the chance that the driver informs you to sign so he can leave prior to inspection, kindly inform him that he has to wait for the inspection (typically you get 15mins to inspect) and you have the right to refuse any damaged portions of the shipment.
Remember, if you sign the delivery receipt and do not note any damages, you cannot claim damage afterward.
In the event that something is damaged:
Note the damage to the driver and make sure you have it in writing on the delivery paperwork. Send an email to [email protected] along with photos of the damage and we will make sure your replacement pieces get arranged to be shipped out as soon as possible.
DO NOT accept the damaged box, and send it back with the driver. Please keep the boxes which are in good condition.
CONCEALED DAMAGE (POKER TABLE)
If you notice concealed damage while unpacking your table that were not clearly visible during delivery please contact us at [email protected] with pictures of the concealed damage within 5 business days of receiving your shipment. Please note Degenerate Gambler Folding Poker Table or our freight carriers are not liable for damages that occur while moving your table into your residence or business, so please make sure you have assistance on the day your table arrives to insure you and your table make it inside safely as your new table is quite HEAVY.
MADE-TO ORDER (MTO) ITEMS:
Made-to-order items such as the Degenerate Gambler Folding Poker Tables have a special return policy as these are considered “custom” products that are produced on demand. You may receive a full refund ONLY if the order has not shipped or is in production. Items that go into production are our “made-to-order” products. All of these products are produced / assembled at the time your order is placed.
Made-to-order items cannot be returned due to “Buyer’s Remorse”. The only returns that will be accepted will be for manufacturer defects ONLY. Please see the section “DEFECTIVE / DAMAGED ITEMS” for additional information.
Since MTO products are produced on demand, we are unable to cancel an order that has already gone into production. Therefore we are implementing the following Cancellation / Return Policy for our MTO items effective immediately. Please note this policy is only applicable to those orders that have been submitted but have not shipped. Once a MTO item has shipped, it is completely non-refundable and can only be returned due to a manufacturer defect where it will be replaced.
For MTO items with a 2-3 weeks ship window:

0 – 3 days – No penalty as long item has not gone into production
4 – 6 days – 20 % non-refundable
7 – 9 days – 50 % non-refundable
10+ days – 100 % non-refundable
